Pre- production Planning By Charlotte - FILM Synopsis

The story tells the tale of a local serial killer who is on a murderous rampage after a close relative of 'his' recently committed suicide. He believes everyone is out to get him and is ready to strike at any moment. A series of unfortunate events in his life leads him to start on an outburst of murderous crimes. His victims include members of the public who he has known his whole life and who he thinks could have treated him better in the past. The story follows a long line of murders. Is anyone good enough to catch him?
